Roger has spent some 10 years following his daughter to many equstrian events developing his photographic skills photographing her trials and tribulations.

Since the introduction of digital photography Roger has further developed his skills not only in photography but also in the field of digital manipulation.

As a natural progression in 2002 Roger purchased an "E-Z-up Marquee", some fold up tables , a computer system and a digital camera.

Thanks to the help of friends and family Pics-4-U came to be.

Many lessons were learned in those early months . Workflow and quality were, and still are, obviously our prime objectives, enabeling us to deliver the best possible quality images in the shortest possible time. Our systems and workflows are constantly evolving to ensure our customers leave happy.

In 2003 Pics-4-U was invited to cover the UK Polo-X season which involved travelling to many locations in the UK such as Doncaster, Kent and Cardiff. Also a series of equestrian events were covered locally, it was a busy year.

2004 saw Pics-4-U develop still further with the introduction of a new photographer. Mark is from a predominantley design/creative background he is also familiar with digital manipulation. Although new to equestrian photography his intrests in portraitutre and natural history have stood him in good stead for the 2004 season.

2005 Has seen a serious upgrade in equipment. We can set up pretty much anywhere and take photos of pretty much any type of event from 40th Birthday parties to full, multi arena equestrian events. The launch of the Pics-4-U web site means people still get the chance to view and purchase their pictures on line if they do not get the chance on the day.

Our list of freelance photographers is always growing which obviously makes it easier to cover the multi arena events, if you interested in trying your hand (no matter what level of experience) why not drop us a line.
